Refund & Cancellation Policy
At StockSeva, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services processed through Razorpay payment gateway.
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service already used
- Service access continues until the end of the current billing period
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
- After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months remaining
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our support system
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
One-time Purchases
- Digital products and services are eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchase
- Refunds are only available if the service has not been accessed or used
- Custom services or consultations are non-refundable once delivered
- Premium features unlocked cannot be refunded after usage
Payment Gateway Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. Refund policies are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect
- UPI and net banking refunds typically process within 1-3 business days
- Wallet refunds are usually instant but may take up to 24 hours
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription or request a refund:
- Log into your StockSeva account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Request Refund"
- Provide reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Confirm cancellation via email verification
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@stockseva.com with your account details and cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services already consumed or accessed
- Custom development or consultation services
- Third-party integration setup fees
- Data migration or import services
- Training sessions or workshops attended
Failed Payments & Auto-renewal
- Failed payments will result in service suspension after 3 retry attempts
- Grace period of 7 days is provided to update payment information
- Auto-renewal can be disabled from account settings
- You will receive email notifications before each billing cycle
Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding charges or refunds:
- Contact our support team first for quick resolution
- Provide transaction ID and payment details
- We will investigate and respond within 2-3 business days
- For unresolved disputes, you may contact Razorpay customer support
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification
- Unauthorized transactions should be reported within 24 hours
Policy Updates
This refund and cancellation policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
